My journey started at a private mortgage brokerage in 1988, reaching executive status at a large credit union mortgage division by 1993, expanding operations across the east coast for a private bank in New York, NY, 1996, to officer status for the 2nd largest mortgage servicer in the USA in 1998, to owning the largest brokerage in Virginia in 2001, to now, founder of Phoenix Mortgage Corp., saving the best for last!!!!

the eastern region, a program not understood or used since the 1950’s came to life!

Completed all appraisal field hours and classes including Fundamentals, Advanced
